I was fine walking - even very fast, but as soon as I started running (I tried a few times) I could feel a bad stretch that I knew would bring back the worst. So I walked very quickly for 2 miles :( ... In the meantime I continue to do strength training in the morning. My weight dropped to 170lbs earlier this week ... I'd still like to be in the mid 160s at race time. I'll probably try to run again at some time over the weekend. I went out to see how it would go.
