Almost a full month since I ran. The weather has been lousy and it’s been too icy.
So today, for the first time in weeks with the temperature above freezing I got out and ran for 43 minutes – I’m guessing about 3.5 miles.

I ran on November 11 and then I picked up a nasty cold that hit all the breathy bits. I was coughing and weazing … I didn’t run for 10 days or so, and then on Thanksgiving morning I headed out with Tori, Jeff and Henry for about 4 miles.
