mid week 9 – miler

Back in March 9 miles (8.6 to be precise) would’ve have seemed to be an enormous feat in and of itself. Now it’s almost a “maintenance” run – this is awesome. I’ve come a long way and I am focusing on staying injury free for the next couple of weeks.

14.86 miles 2 42′ 10″ Pace 10′ 55″. That’s from Leroy Oaks to just pat Route 47 and back, 6 shot bloks, 16 ounces of Propel, comfy socks and shoes.
