If you suffer from nipple abrasion, chafing, running and you have a hairy chest apply the tape horizontally and not vertically. That way it doesn’t feel as though someone is pulling the hairs from your chest one at a time, and it’s easier to take off afterwards. BTW, I use 3M Transpore Tape - it seems to stay stuck even though I sweat a lot.
