2 days since I ran the 6-miler and I’ve done little since other than to nurse the sore hip. And of course right now it feels fine. I’m trying to decide if I should try to pick up on the schedule tomorrow – I should have done 3 miles today then 6 miles tomorrow. Maybe I’ll do the 3 tomorrow and see.
Hey if you can find a pool…you can “water run” literaly run through the water – it’s great cardio and essentially NO impact!!! Just a thought.
