The hip has me a bit worried. I need to spend a little time on self-diagnosis and, according to Jeff, come up with a plan that I can keep my cardio vascular fitness going while minimizing the stress on my hurty bits.
Duringthe runs it’s not too bad, but afterwards it will stiffen a little and becomes painful to stand on – until I get moving then the pain moderates, and slowly fades.
