bpm and pace …

I wasn’t deliberately managing my 2-mile run this morning, but it’s interesting to look at my bpm and pace. I did intentionally increase my pace in the second half of the run.

Crossover-1 1250 yards 154 bpm
Crossover-2 1950 yards 164 bpm
Crossover-3 2650 yards 169 bpm
Finish 3600 yards 169 bpm

I thought I’d use part of the two miler to take a stab at estimating my maximum heart rate.

Out I ran for about 7 minutes to the cross-over on the Leroy Oaks figure of eight at a easy pace … 154 bpm.
